Attractify Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services at attractifymarketing.com and portal.attractifymarketing.com (the "Service").

Our Service helps businesses track their visibility across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot. To provide these analytics, we access certain Google services on your behalf using OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign up for Attractify, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Google profile information (when you authenticate via Google OAuth)

Google User Data (via OAuth)

When you connect your Google account to Attractify, you grant us limited access to the following Google APIs:

  • Google Analytics Data API (GA4): We read your Google Analytics 4 property data (sessions, pageviews, traffic sources, top pages) to display metrics and insights on your client dashboard.
  • Google Search Console API: We read search performance data (clicks, impressions, queries, position) to track your visibility in Google search results.
  • YouTube Data API v3: We read channel metadata and video lists, and we upload videos on your behalf to your YouTube channel when you explicitly approve a video for publishing in the Attractify portal. Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube integration, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • YouTube Analytics API: We read per-channel and per-video performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement, traffic sources) to display on your dashboard.
  • Google Tag Manager API: We access your Google Tag Manager container to deploy and publish a lightweight AI Overview click-tracking tag during onboarding. The deploy creates a custom JavaScript variable, a trigger, and a GA4 event tag, and publishes a new container version. This is a one-time deploy; no ongoing container writes occur.
  • Google Sign-In (OpenID Connect): We use your email address and basic profile information to authenticate your account.

We only access the data you explicitly authorize. You can review and revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide our Service: Display analytics, generate reports, and track your AI visibility across platforms
  • Content Distribution: Upload videos to your YouTube channel and manage content as part of our service offering
  • Authentication: Verify your identity and maintain secure access to your account
  • Improve our Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance platform performance and user experience
  • Communication: Send you service updates, reports, and important account notifications

We do not sell, rent, or share your Google data with third parties. Your data is used exclusively to provide the Attractify Service to you.

How We Store Your Data

We take data security seriously:

  • Storage Location: All customer data, including Google OAuth tokens and API response data, is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on Railway infrastructure in the United States.
  • Encryption at Rest: All data, including Google OAuth tokens, is encrypted using Fernet encryption before being stored in our PostgreSQL database
  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using TLS/SSL encryption
  • Access Controls: Only authorized Attractify personnel have access to production systems, and access is logged and monitored
  • Secure Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure with regular security updates

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. Specifically:

  • OAuth Tokens: Stored securely and refreshed as needed to maintain access to Google services
  • Analytics Data: Historical analytics data is retained to provide trending and long-term visibility insights
  • Account Deletion: If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Revoke Access: You can revoke Attractify's access to your Google data at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page
  • Access Your Data: You can request a copy of the data we have collected about you
  • Delete Your Data: You can request that we delete your account and all associated data
  • Correct Your Data: You can update your account information through your dashboard or by contacting us

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Attractify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only request access to Google user data that is necessary to provide and improve our Service
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
  • We do not use Google user data to develop, train, or improve generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless: (a) we have your explicit consent, (b) it is necessary for security purposes, or (c) it is required to comply with applicable law
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition (with your consent)

Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Google, YouTube, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Children's Privacy

Attractify is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our Service.
