  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and YouTube integration
  • AI traffic attribution and analytics
  • Technical optimization for AI discoverability

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information

Free Scan

We offer a free AI Visibility Scan that provides a one-time analysis of your domain's visibility across AI platforms. No payment is required for the free scan.

Paid Plans

Our paid subscription plans ("Growth" and "Agency") are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide accurate and complete payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of the Service
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription.

6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to violate any local, state, national, or international law

You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide to Attractify, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials ("Your Content"). By providing Your Content to us, you grant Attractify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Content

Attractify retains all ownership rights to the Service, including all software, designs, graphics, text, and other content provided by Attractify (excluding Your Content). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.

Generated Content

Content generated by Attractify on your behalf (such as blog posts, social media content, or video scripts) is owned by you. We grant you full rights to use, modify, and distribute this content as you see fit.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service, including but not limited to improvements in AI visibility, increased traffic, or business growth.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTRACTIFY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL ATTRACTIFY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ATTRACTIFY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Attractify, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies
  • Discontinuance or material modification of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other representative action.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. Attractify may assign or transfer these Terms at any time without restriction.
